Plate mark: 155 x 223 mm, total: 213 x 282 mm; state I/2; right margin slightly damaged, light staining along the margins and one light damp stain within plate, otherwise in good condition. Plate from the set of 105 etchings designed by Jacob Ernst Marcus and published monthly between November 1807 and July 1816. The plates consist in portraits and/or genre scenes. The prints that are signed and dated are later states. In 1834 the whole series was reprinted.
